  • We're not able to offer refunds for cancellations done within less than 48 hours of your expedition. 

  • 100% of the trip payment is required at the time of booking to reserve the expedition.

  • You can cancel up to two weeks before the trip for a full refund.

  • In the case of a trip cancellation outside the two weeks margin and with at least  8 days of advance notice, we will refund you up to 60% of the ticket cost. From seven days to 49 hrs, you'll be refunded up to 40% of the ticket cost.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule any expedition due to unfavorable weather conditions, or mechanical issues, in this case, you will be informed and rescheduled at the earliest date available. If we don't have any trip available we will set you on a 'holding pattern' until we open a date. Please note we are not in a position to offer refunds due to unfavorable weather conditions. 

  • You can Re-book your expedition and change the date of your trip up to three times as long as you give us a minimum of two weeks notice.  

  • We reserve the right to cancel an expedition if the minimum threshold of passengers is not met. In this instance, you can either purchase an additional ticket to reach the threshold, be rescheduled at a later date, or be fully refunded.

  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded for cash in any circumstance. In case of a trip cancellation paid with a Gift Card, we will refund the Gift Card credit which can be used at a later date in any of our offerings. 

  •  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these cancelation policies, at any time.
